Meet the Kirke's

Welcome to Peppertree Lane, our family home and farm, a venture and passionate dog breeding journey owned by Catherine and David Kirke. We are thrilled that you have found us and are contemplating the idea of welcoming one of our puppies into your life and family. 

We have three children who are a huge part of our dogs lives and breeding program - Austin 11 years, Amelia 15 years and Laura 19 years.

Together we live on a beautiful 10 acre property in the Great Southern Region where we love and care for 6 of our own much loved dogs, Marigold the Jersey cow, Hershey and Licorice the Alpacas, Eddie and Elvis the Emus, Alice, Bessy, Victoria and Toasty the horses, Pipsqueak, Popcorn and Peanut the Nigerian Dwarf Goats - plus a variety of chickens, ducks and other furry creatures!​​​

Catherine is a Registered Nurse and Midwife, David is a Veterinarian. Prior to becoming a Midwife, Catherine spent 18 years as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, working throughout Australia and the UK.

Both David and Catherine have a combined 45 years working in the Veterinary industry and have been breeding and raising puppies for 20 years.

We strive to produce beautiful family puppies with a focus on intelligence, temperament, coat type (low to non-shedding) and structural soundness. Our dogs are much loved family members and all our puppies are raised in the home with our children and living a great farm life.

Our focus is not only on breeding well socialised, well adjusted, happy puppies, but we also place the utmost importance on health - healthy mind and a healthy body.
